We recommend 1/4 inch, which is approximately 2-4 weeks after shaving (depending on how fast your hair grows). Keep in mind you don't need it very long either. So don't feel like you have to wait too long to come and see us.

Avoid tanning 24 hours before being waxed. Wear comfortable clothes if it's your first time. This prevents irritation to the recently waxed area. Some clients like to have a pain reliever 30 minutes before their appointment to make the service more comfortable.

Waxing is for both Men and Women, but there are some reasons why someone can't be waxed and they are as follows: 
- Under the age of 10
- If you have a sunburn or plan on being in the sun or tanning bed within 24 hours.
- If you've recently had a chemical peel, Dermabrasion, Microdermabrasion or cosmetic injections.
- You are currently taking acne medication such as: Accutane, Retin-A or any other prescribed acne medication.
