Karen believes that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin. She takes a natural approach to anti aging, utilizing the bodies own super powers combined with great skin care products to fight the aging process. Educating her clients on skin care habits and products to get the most benefit for their skin is her passion!
Heather / Spa Director, Master Cosmetologist, & Advanced Practice Esthetician
Specialties: Facials for all skin types, Glo2 facials, dermaplaning, high frequency treatments, chemical peels, lash lift & tint and brow tint and lamination. Heather will also offer advanced esthetic practices that target anti-aging including, but not limited to: red light therapy, nanoneedling, radiofrequency, high frequency oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, peels, and micro-dermabrasion.
Heather is very passionate about skin care and spa industry, and continues to learn the latest techniques to offer her clients the best services with incredible results! With over 26 years in the industry, much of Heather’s remarkable career has been spent teaching cosmetology and esthetics to students. In 2020, Heather earned "National Educator of the Year" while teaching at the Salon Professional Academy. Heather has also been self-employed as a cosmetologist and has also worked as a spa director, director of esthetics, and salon and school manager.

Nia is a dedicated, compassionate massage therapist who focuses on relaxation while relieving pain and discomfort. Nia combines her strong expertise and a soothing touch to give a personalized and rejuvenating massage for each and every client. Nia has a very warm and welcoming personality that will make you feel right at home. Nia specializes in listening to and understanding each of her clients' individual needs. She customizes her massage techniques to fit her client's requests in order to ensure that each client receives the best possible results.
Carrie / Licensed Massage Therapist

She combines several modalities in one session to help achieve optimal results specific to your needs.
Carrie uses a variety of techniques to help with muscle recovery, range of motion stretching techniques and is able to accommodate different levels of pressure according to the areas of focus. Her experience includes working in multidisciplinary teams consisting of physical therapists, athletic trainers and chiropractors. This enabled her to diversify and hone in her skills as a therapist. Her experience with sports/stretching and lymphatic drainage of the face and body following surgical procedures is at expert level. She has had the privilege to work with one of Miami’s top plastic surgeon’s, an outpatient orthopedics facility and professional NFL players.
Stella / Licensed Massage Therapist

Stella specializes in therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy and specific work to address migraines, chronic pain and overuse injuries. She is a great listener and works with the client to slow down, relax and ground in their body. Stella takes a vitalist approach to health, she believes the human body has an innate wisdom to heal and as a massage therapist she can support that healing force with the skills she has learned.
Ashley / Licensed Massage Therapist

Ashley really excels at creating balance within the body, and intertwining treatment with relaxation. Ashley always wanted a profession that could promote relaxation and stress relief. She truly enjoys helping others improve their wellness and is always intrigued & excited to expand her skill set to best take care of her clients. She is kind and compassionate to the needs of her clients and strives to give the best massage experience!

Jen of 360 Massage at Uptown Haven is focused on therapeutically addressing the dysfunctions in the body. She leans toward the deeper spectrum of bodywork. Previously, she practiced massage at a spa, an assisted living facility, chiropractor, and gym. This helped her develop a diverse skill set. She is dedicated to improving clients’ health, performance, and well being. Jen serves patients across all backgrounds from athletes, grandparents, children, and those suffering from chronic pain. Every session is a unique healing experience, with positive impacts that reach far beyond the massage table!
Jean / Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Master
Modality Specialties: Reiki Master, Lymphatic Drainage, Relaxation, Pregnancy, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Aromatherapy. She combines several modalities in one session to help achieve optimal results specific to your needs.
Jean looks to help people calm their mind and body as a whole. She believes in helping people slow down their mind and focus on themselves. Jean is also a Reiki Level 3 Master and has vast experience with energy work and Cancer Massage. In addition to Uptown Haven, Jean currently works at the Roger Maris Cancer Center and The Hospice House and has been there since 2004. Jean truly has a gift and a genuine care for her clients well being.

In Kitana's free time, she loves spending time at the lake, taking trips back home to Montana, or just being with
friends and family. Her fiancé, Marshall, and their 3 fur babies, tag along with her as well.
Lanie / Master Esthetician

Lanie believes great skin begins within! Proper nutrition, hydration & good skin care habits are a must! She loves to help people with their skin care concerns from acne to anti aging. Her own skin care journey made her want to help others feel more confident in their own skin. She loves to add little enhancements such as adding tint to brows and lashes to bring out a beautiful natural you!
Lanie love's to spend time learning to cook and spending time with her boyfriend, Conner and their sweet dog named Bean.
