My name is Jennifer Hamende and as a business women I have to say I loved every moment I was in Uptown Haven. This was my first time at Uptown Haven and I highly recommend Jean Koch, she is a brilliant massage therapist. She intuitively knew exactly where my pain was and worked on the areas until I felt relief. The massage was so scrumptious I booked 2 more massages this week with her. This place is definately a slice of Heaven Uptown.
Jean used a combination of massage, cupping on the bottom of my feet along with hot stones and hot towels too my massage to another level and these add on's are free, I could not believe it! I deal with chronic pain and connective tissue issues daily and to get relief is so joyful. Thanks Jean and Uptown Haven for providing me a beautiful space and place for my healing journey.

A quaint yet charming exterior sets a stark contrast to the rest of downtown Fargo that surrounds this studio. Immediately greeted with warm scents intentionally placed in the foyer which gave way to a modern lobby with all the warmth of home through deeply toned woods, soothing fireplace & custom steel signage. Smiles and incredible service were given as soon as you walk through the doors. The massage... oh my goodness, what a sensational treat. As a massage therapist myself, I usually know what I'm looking for and expect out of a session, and I was absolutely blown away. I've never had so many tools and techniques incorporated into one 90 minute session as a standard service without requesting more: from hot towels, hot Stones, and essential oils, to ambiance, white noise, relaxation and therapeutics in the same session. Uptown Haven Massage sets a standard that many other studios in the area can't come close to even on their best day. 10/10 will be returning, hopefully frequently.
